Paçoquinha is a popular Brazilian candy made out of ground peanuts, sugar and salt. It is loved for most of Brazilian and there are many brands available on grocery shops in Brazil, however not to easy to find in Australia. Luckily it is not that difficult to make and we are sharing here with you a very simple recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg of roasted and peeled peanut.
400 gr of sugar.
200 ml of milk.
1 soup spoon self-rising flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Preparation:
Using a food processor grind the peanuts.
Mix everything in a pot cook in a low temperature for 20 minutes.
Place the mix into a tray graced with butter to give a shape and cut in little squares.
Enjoy with moderation!!!!
