Ingredients:
1 rump cap (aprox. 1.2kg)
3 kg of rock salt
Sauce:
4 soup spoon of butter
4 soup spoon of olive oil
1 onion (chopped)
Instructions:
Cover a baking tray with 1 kg of rock salt
Place the rump cap with the fat up
Cover all the meat with rock salt
Place into an oven at 200° C for 40 minutes.
Take the tray from the oven and remove the salt lawyer from the meat
Slice the rump cap and add the sauce on top.
Sauce:
Heat the butter and olive oil in a frypan
Add the onion and fry it for a while.
