Queijadinha is a popular Brazilian candy originated in Portugal and improved during the colonial period in the farms of colonial Brazil and influenced by the African slave culture.
Ingredients:
1 cup of grated coconut
1 can of condensed milk
1 soup spoon grated Parmesan
2 egg yokes
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Place the mix into cupcake paper trays and take to an oven at 180° C for around 30 minutes.
